Six people were killed or injured in two seperate incidents in Warren and Providence in less than a week.
This brings the total of non-suicide gun deaths in Rhode Island to twenty-seven, just shy of the 2020 total of twenty-eight.

We have had forty-four incidents of gun injuries this year vs. twenty-four at this point in 2020; there were a total of fifty-five media reports of gun injuries in 2020.
